Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 14, 2026
This policy explains how information is handled on this website (the official TITANCLIMB website), operated by Sand Vehicle ("we").
This is a static site whose purpose is to present the game and publish its development log. The information described below is all the information involved.
What we do not collect
This site does not use cookies. There are no accounts, no forms, no advertising, and no cross-site tracking. All assets, including fonts, are served from our own host — viewing a page sends no data to third-party CDNs.
Hosting (Cloudflare)
This site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To serve the site and protect it against attacks such as DDoS, connection data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, etc.) is processed by Cloudflare. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies or fingerprinting, and it does not track individuals across sites. We only see aggregated, non-identifying statistics such as page views.
External links and embeds
This site links to external services such as Steam. Once you follow such a link, the handling of your information is governed by that service's privacy policy.
Where we embed videos, we use privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); the provider may still receive your IP address and similar data when a video loads or plays.
Contacting us by email
If you email us at press@sandvehicle.com, we use your address and message only to respond to you, and we do not share them with third parties.
Your rights
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar laws apply, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. As described above, the personal data we hold is very limited; please contact press@sandvehicle.com with any request.
Changes to this policy
Any changes to this policy will be announced on this page, with the revision date updated. If we introduce features that handle personal data — such as an email newsletter — this policy will be updated before they launch.
